Any quotation issued through this site or through our channels is valid for the period stated in writing on the quotation document. A confirmed order requires a signed quotation, a purchase order or an equivalent written acceptance.
Manufacturer warranty applies to all instruments according to the conditions of each brand. STONG provides an additional 12-month service warranty on all units delivered through our facility. Warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized repairs or normal wear of consumables.
STONG is not liable for indirect, consequential or commercial damages arising from the use of products or services described on this site. Liability for direct damages is limited to the price paid for the relevant instrument or service.
